The Process

Our role as a partner is to help manage the implementation process and be an extension of our brokers’ business. We created a unique implementation process that streamlines activities and targets to make sure deadlines are met for open enrollment, post enrollment, new hires and ongoing service throughout the year.

Core Communication

We are able to communicate an employers core benefit offering as well as enroll it if that solution is the best fit. At the conclusion of the open enrollment we will provide custom file feeds back to each core carrier. Over the past 3 years we have enrolled over $45 million dollars in core benefits. We have done this without charging the client or broker any fees! More importantly, our employer clients have given us a satisfaction rating of 96% over this same period

Enrollment Capabilities

Over the past 6 years we have looked for solutions to make our Broker Partner’s jobs a little easier. We have found that our best asset is our ability to be “agile”. We do not believe a “one size fits all” approach works in this industry. One-to-one enrollment meetings may be a great solution for one client while the best solution for another client is a Self-Enroll option.

Our team will work in partnership with you and the employer client to manage up to 3 different enrollment methods for a single open enrollment. Our job is to insure that EVERY employee has the ability to be educated and enrolled in their benefits, regardless of where they are located.

We currently have licenses with two major BenAdmin providers and have access to two others. Where our firm differs from our competitors is we do not just provide the platform, but help build the system for open enrollment and then provide ongoing support and management throughout the year. The technology is only as good as the team behind it, this is why we think it is important to provide the back office resources so the broker and client do not need to spend their time and money on managing the system.
